Talentsource Mini-MBA Batch-2 Telecoms on March 29th to April 8th 2010

TalentSource Mini-MBA Telecoms in collaboration with Coleago U.K, is aimed at managers and executives in organisations working within the telecoms, media, and technology sectors.  The course aims to deliver a distilled MBA focusing on the skills relevant to strategy and business planning, enabling participants to gain a practical understanding of the principal techniques employed in business planning in order to be in a position to set out a strategy and write a complete business plan which achieves the commercial goals of the organization.

The first batch of Mini MBA Course was carried out on March 29^th to April 1^st 2010 in 16 sessions, 4 days course and was continued by the second batch on April 5^th to 8^th 2010. The courses was participated by 23 general managers of Telkomsel from different background of fields.

The training program covers, among others:

• Strategy and Marketing Focus
• Financial Focus
• Technology and Capex Focus
• Hands on Case Study

Along with the course given, an appraisal case study recapping the course was held on the last two sessions on the last day.
