Establishment

• TalentSource is a new start up and established in 2006 driven by the fact that Indonesia is not able to provide the required skilled and knowledgeable professionals as demanded by the most growing and sustainable wireless mobile cellular industry in Indonesia, in terms of both quality and quantity
• Three experienced industry professionals, assisted by an Indonesian telecom veteran, who has been 25 years in the telecom industry, are moved to start an initiative that will be addressing the situation by quickly developing the required talents and provide skill sourcing options to the industry
• TalentSource is created to have the right mix of idealism and the discipline of a business entity , a high standard commercial company with a strong corporate citizenship
• TalentSource is also repond to the high demand of e-learning, and developing e-learning for languages. This special programs are aimed to train bahasa Indonesia to expatriates working in Indonesia and English to Indonesian employess.
